(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests and two citations.
John Allen Veydt, 59, of Harlan, was arrested May 21st following a traffic stop. Veydt was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Barred and Improper Brake Light.
Randi Lynn Hess, 18, of Harlan, was arrested May 23rd following a traffic stop. Hess was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kevin Jose Tacuri, 26, of Denison, was arrested May 28th following a traffic stop. Tacuri was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Prohibited Acts Penalties, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Improper Rear Lamp, and Windshield Requirements.
Amber Dawn Hadfield, 28, of Portsmouth, was arrested May 29th following a traffic stop. Hadfield was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Turning from Improper Lane.
Austin Lee Thomas Dusenberry, 21, of Harlan, was cited May 21st for Driving While Suspended.
Russell Dwane Field, 70, of Harlan, was cited May 25th for Open Container.
