Meredith Communications is proud to announce the winners of the 2020 Meredith Communications Scholarships:
Thomas Turner has graduated from Tri-Center high school and plans to attend Northwest Missouri State to study Sports Media. In High School he was active in Basketball where he was the captain this year, Baseball and Football for which he won the 2019 Leadership Award. He has also been a 10 year member of 4-H and involved in many volunteer activities.
Evan Pattee has graduated from AHSTW High School and plans to attend Iowa State University to study in the Journalism and Mass Communication department with the intention of being a radio broadcaster. In High School he was a 9 time All-State performer with Speech and Drama and involved in Show Choir and Student Government. He was the Senior Class President, a member of the National Honor Society and an Eagle Scout.
