(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested a minor following a motor vehicle accident in Villisca.
Deputies investigating the accident in the area of the 100 blocks of North 4th Avenue determined the male driver failed to maintain control and struck two parked cars.
Officers arrested the juvenile for OWI 1st offense and possession of alcohol under the legal age. Deputies also issued the boy a citation for failing to maintain control.
