(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Nebraska man wanted in Fremont County.
Police stopped a vehicle on Monday at Highway 34 and G Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of 26-year old Diego Miguel Juaquin of Omaha on a Fremont County warrant for violating his probation for a drug possession charge. Officers transported Juaquin to Fremont County.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted Red Oak Police with the arrest.
