(Farragut) A Fremont County man died in a single-vehicle accident in Page County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 2:55 p.m. on 170th Street, one-quarter of a mile west of H Avenue. Authorities say 68-year old Donald Merlin Mcallister of Farragut died in the crash.
According to the State Police, a westbound 2015 International Tanker Truck driven by Mcallister on 170th Street, lost control and left the road. The truck veered into the north ditch and rolled partially ejecting Donald Mcallister. The truck came to rest on its top.
Mcallister was pronounced dead at the scene.
