(Creston) Creston Police arrested one man on drug possession charges and two others for driving while barred.
Police arrested 23-year old Cody Lamaak of Afton at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a warrant on Friday. The order is out of Union County for failing to appear on possession of a controlled substance. Officers released Lamaak on a Promise to Appear.
Police arrested 37-year old Candace Russell of Creston on Friday for driving with a revoked license. In addition to that, Police arrested Shawn Connelly, of Creston on Saturday on the same charge. Officers released her on a promise to appear.
In another case, Marrell Norman told Police someone stole his belongings from a Shelter House at McKinley Park, on May 1 between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The missing items valued at $600.00 include clothing, paperwork, and medication.
