(Harlan, IA) — The Harlan football team is 0-2 after two losses to Underwood and Glenwood and now faces rival Lewis Central who is ranked number three in Class 4A.
Junior QB Kreed Boggess has thrown for 225 yards, 2 TD and 1 INT and ran for 64 yards and 3 TD. Seniors Henry Mgonja and Brody Bendorf have shared the load of the carries in the backfield and Seniors Landen Nihsen and Cade Nelson have caught the majority of the passes. LC has played two ranked teams including a win over North Polk 48-41 in Week One and last week falling to Sgt. Bluff Luton 33-28. Bladt says the Titans have a great combination and if they had gotten the ball more against the Warriors last week they would have won
