(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests over the Labor Day weekend.
Arthur Lee Castle, 51, of Essex, was arrested on September 4th on the charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possession of Paraphernalia. Castle was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
David Spencer Reeves, 40, of Anita, was arrested on September 5th on the charges of two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault – 3rd, and Child Endangerment. Reeves was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Cecil Todd Rife, 50, of Pilgrims Knob, Virginia, was arrested on September 5th for OWI – 1st Offense. Rife was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
Dillion Michael Hawley, 28, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on September 6th on the charge of OWI – 2nd Offense. Hawley was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
