(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports two Operating While Intoxicated arrests.
On August 30th, Elvin Allen Shrimpton, 62, of Exira, was arrested on the charges of OWI – 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On August 31st, Tyler Gene Clark, 37, of Atlantic on the charge of OWI – 1st Offense.
Both were transported to the Cass County Jail where they were booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
