On August 19th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sarah Jo Porter, 30, of Cumberland on the charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia. Porter was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released on bond.
On August 19th, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Boston Lee Shupe, 25, of Anita on an open Cass County Warrant for Failure to Appear, and Possession of Marijuana – 3rd. Boston was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
On August 20th, 2026, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Atoliph, 27, of Atlantic on the charges of Driving with a Denied/Revoked License, and OWI – 2nd Offense. Atoliph was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
