(Cass Co.) The Cass County Board of Supervisors met Tuesday morning and approved a contract renewal and hosted services agreement with Cott Systems, Inc. for the Cass County Recorder’s Office.
Cott Systems provides cloud-based public records management software and digital imaging services designed for county recorder and local government offices.
Cass County IT Director Sean Berens told the board it could be as much as 10 years before the county is fully on the system and paying the normal price, but they are saving some money.
The supervisors also received a monthly report from the Environmental Health Department, as well as a report from County Engineer Trent Wolken, who said crews continue to work on culvert projects, including a box culvert on Buck Creek Road.
