(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved an updated draft 28E Agreement with Audubon County for shared Veterans Affairs services.
Audubon County is currently in need of Veterans Affairs services, and Guthrie County Veterans Affairs Administrator Beth Watson has been assisting the county. The supervisors determined a formal agreement was needed to continue the arrangement. Supervisor Maggie Armstrong presented a draft agreement provided by Audubon County. Guthrie County made several changes to the proposed agreement before approving the updated version.
The Supervisors approved sending the revised 28E Agreement to Audubon County for its consideration and approval.
