(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 49-year-old Timothy Leroy McConnaughey, of Red Oak, at 10:00 this (Friday) morning on charges of Financial Exploitation of an Older Individual and Elder Abuse Causing Psychological Harm. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $10,000 bond.
