(Davis Co.) One person died following a two-vehicle accident in Davis County Sunday evening; two others were injured.
The Iowa State Patrol says a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was eastbound on Highway 2, west of Ice Avenue at approximately 9:27 p.m. A 2010 Buick Enclave was westbound on Highway 2 in the eastbound lane and struck the Jeep head-on.
Both drivers and a passenger in the Buick Enclave were transported to the Davis County Hospital. The driver of the Buick Enclave was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
No names have been released at this time.
