(Cleveland OH) — Allergy season is right around the corner and health experts are offering tips to lessen the impact.
The Mayo Clinic says to reduce exposure, folks should try to stay indoors on dry and windy days and avoid lawn mowing and gardening. The Mayor Clinic also says people should remove and wash clothing after being outside and then shower to wash off pollen from skin and hair and wear a mask while doing outdoor work and chores.
There are a number of non prescription nasal sprays and decongestants available to help lessen allergy symptoms.
