(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies arrested a Bedford man on multiple drug charges.
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at around 11:07 p.m. on Thursday near S. Broadway and West Market Streets in Red Oak. As a result of the investigation, authorities arrested 50-year-old Nathaniel Gene Teeters of Bedford, Iowa, for a controlled substance violation-methamphetamine, a Class B Felony, possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense-marijuana, a serious misdemeanor, and driving while barred, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Deputies transported Teeters to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $25,000 bond.
K9 Bane from the Montgomery County K9 Unit assisted in the arrest, along with officers from the Red Oak Police Department.
