(Sidney, Iowa) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of Ronda Sue Morgan, 54, of Hamburg, Iowa, formerly of Anderson, Iowa, on July 1, 2025. This arrest is a result of an extensive 18-month investigation into multiple acts of child endangerment and sexual abuse of a minor that occurred within Fremont County.
Morgan was charged with:
- Three counts of Aiding and Abetting to Sexual Abuse Second Degree (Class B Felony)
- One count of Aiding and Abetting Sexual Abuse Third Degree (Class C Felony)
- Four counts of Aiding and Abetting to Incest (Class D Felony)
- One count of Ongoing Child Endangerment (Class B Felony)
Morgan is currently being held in the Fremont County Jail without bond, pending her initial appearance with a Fremont County Magistrate.
