(Clarke County) One person died, and a juvenile passenger suffered injuries in a UTV accident in Clarke County.
The Iowa State Patrol reports that the accident occurred on Sunday at approximately 8:30 p.m. on 110th Avenue, just north of Oakwood Street in Clarke County. The driver, identified as 45-year-old Andrew James Neisemier, of Thayer, Iowa, died at the scene.
According to the report, the UTV went out of control, entered the east ditch, and overturned, partially ejecting Neismier. A juvenile passenger was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
