(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 50-year-old Amy Lynn Whitney at Ringgold and Maple Street Tuesday afternoon. Whitney was charged with Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense. She was taken to the Union County Jail where she later posted bail.
