(Creston) The Creston Police Department released its weekend arrest report on Monday Morning. The report consisted of five people arrested on various charges, including assault, weapons, alcohol-related, and drug possession charges.

Dennis Lee Cook, 33, 206 W North St Macksburg, IA was arrested at Sumner/Spencer. Cook was charged with Possess Drug Paraphernalia. Cook was cited and released on a promise to appear.

Brandon Joseph Stone, 31, 212 N Oak St was arrested at Sycamore/Adams. Stone was charged with a Union County Warrant of Failure to Appear Possession of a controlled Substance 3rd Offense Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Offense Methamphetamine. Stone was taken to the Union County Jail, and held on no bond.

Tyler Wayne Kimball, 30, 504 N Elm St was arrested at 504 N Elm St. Kimball was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault W a Dangerous Weapon 1st Offense, Interference with Official Acts, Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior, Criminal Mischief 5th, and a Union County Warrant of Failure to Appear for Court Order Time to a medical Facility. Kimball was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on a bond of $2,000.

Maria Soldedad Pantoja, 35, 204 W Kansas St Afton, IA was arrested at Elm/Page. Pantoja was charged with OWI – 1st Offense. Pantoja was taken to the Union County Jail where she later bonded out on a bond of $1,000.

William Emmett Vandel, 63, 910 N Clayton was arrested at Poplar/Taylor. Vandel was charged with Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense x2, Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine 1st Offense, Possession of a controlled substance Marijuana 1st Offense, and OWI 1st Offense. Vandel was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on a bond of $5,300.
