(Area) A combination of warm, dry conditions and breezy southwesterly winds will result in increased fire weather concerns this afternoon in southwest Iowa.
The National Weather Service issued a Fire Weather Watch this afternoon and evening. Southwest Winds at 20 to 25 miles per hour with gusts up to 35 miles per hour are forecast, along with low humidity. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
