(Creston) The Creston Police Department reported seven arrests over the weekend.
On Friday, Police arrested 43-year-old David Junior Richman of Creston at 520 Livingston Avenue on a Union County Warrant of Failure to Appear on a Probation Violation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana. Richman was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 25-year-old Noah Alexander Young, of Creston, at 813 N Lincoln St., for Interference with Official Acts and three Union County Warrants: the first for Failure to appear for Theft 5th, the second for Failure to Appear for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the third for Failure to appear for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Young was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on a bond of $3,000.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 60-year-old Robbie Allen Dohrn of Creston at 508 S. Birch St on a Union County Warrant of OWI—2nd Offense. Dohrn was taken to the Union County Jail, where he later posted a $2,000 bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 42-year-old Nicki Renee Jones of Creston at Commerce Rd/Hwy 34. Jones was charged with Driving While Barred and taken to the Union County Jail, where she later posted a $2,000 bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Keaton Micheal Ballinger, 20, of Creston, at 302 N Pine St. Ballinger was charged with 11 counts of Theft 5th. Ballinger was taken to the Union County Jail and posted the $3,300 bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 58-year-old Teresa Ann Moore of Creston at 302 N Pine Street for OWI—1st Offense. Moore was taken to the Union County Jail, where she later posted a $1,000 bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 37-year-old Kristine Lee Pearson, of Creston, at 302 N Pine Street for Domestic Abuse Assault. Pearson was taken to the Union County Jail and held on no bond.
