(Des Moines) Early voting begins this week in Iowa. Starting Wednesday, October 16th, registered voters can go to their county auditor’s office per satellite location, fill out a form, and then get their ballot and vote. These are not take-home ballots; voting must be done in person. Early voting ends on Monday, November 4th, the day before the election.
