On the evening of the 6th sheriff’s deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office arrested Michael David Johnson, 18, for driving while barred, felony eluding, and possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense. Johnson was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on $5000 bond.
On the evening of the 6th officers with the Red Oak police department, along with the Mills County Sheriff’s office arrested David Horvath, 33, for theft, 2nd degree. Horvath was arrested at the intersection of highway 34 and 310th, he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail to be booked.
