(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 64-year-old Linda Sue Shomburg of Red Oak on Thursday on three counts of Animal Neglect, causing serious injury or death. Officers transported Shomburg to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $2,000.00 bond.
