(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies responded to the 100 block of N. 3rd Avenue in Villisca for a Welfare check. The investigation led to the arrest of 37-year-old Jeffrey Sparks III, of Villisca, for Domestic Abuse Assault-1st Offense. Authorities transported Sparks to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.
