(Atlantic) Five area producers were recognized for contributing to the community and cattle industry at the 2024 Cass County Cattleman’s Award Banquet on Saturday night at the Cass County Community Center in Atlantic.
The award given away at the end of the program is the Hall of Fame Award, and this year’s recipients were Jim and Pam Tibken. Gary Dinkla says the one thing that Jim Tibken has always been willing to do is to help somebody else.

Dinkla says Jim’s proudest moments are watching the next generation show and involvement in the beef industry. Jim and Pam were away on vacation. Daughter-in-law Kim read his acceptance letter.
The Cass County Cattlemen presented four other awards:

Business of the Year: Redinbaugh Trucking
Producer of the Year: Mark Venteicher
