(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report from December 26th through January 14th.
Sarah Wohlt, 53, of Griswold, was arrested January 14th for Violation of a No Contact Order. Wohlt was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held.
Jeremy Stone, 28, of Lewis, was arrested January 14th for OWI 1st Offense. Stone was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Cameron Hilligoss, 24, of Shenandoah, was arrested January 11th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Hilligoss was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Kande Maestas, 58, of Atlantic, was arrested January 8th for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Maestas was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release.
Blaine Carbis, 59, of Council Bluffs, was arrested January 7th for Violation of a No Contact Order. Carbis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Matthew Eichelberger, 45, of Elliott, was arrested January 5th for Driving While Barred. Eichelberger was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Efrain Sandiego, 19, of Atlantic, was arrested January 4th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Sandiego was booked into the Cass County Jail and held on this charge, as well as additional related charges from another agency.
Lydell Murray, 46, of Griswold, was arrested January 4th for Theft 1st Degree. Murray was transported to the Cass County jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Jackson Sally, 23, of Atlantic, was arrested January 1st for Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 5th Degree. Sally was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
John Seyler, 23, of Wiota, was arrested December 31st for OWI 1st Offense. Seyler was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Rosita Rikar, 39, of Beaverton, Oregon, was arrested December 26th on an extraditable warrant from Oregon. Rikar was booked and held in the Cass County Jail pending her extradition.
Edwin Miller, 46, of Fremont, Nebraska, was arrested December 26th on the charges of Theft 2nd Degree, Eluding and Reckless Driving. Miller was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
