(Montgomery Co) Two men were arrested on warrants in Montgomery County
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Cory Ross Smith, of Elliott, was arrested today (Wednesday) on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Smith was held on $5,000 bond.
David Gene Carroll, 64, of Villisca, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving While Revoked for OWI. Bond was set at $2,000.
