(Atlantic) The City of Atlantic Board of Adjustment will consider a conditional use permit application by Massena Telephone later today.
The company is seeking a permit at 703 East 14th Street, which would allow for the operation of a telephone transmission equipment building for fiber optic in an R-2 low-density single-family residential area, with the permit transferring to a new lot identified as 1400 South Olive Street in Atlantic.
The Board will start with a public hearing at 5:30 in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, followed by discussion and a vote on the permit.
