(Decatur County, Iowa) One person died in a single-vehicle crash in Decatur County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 4:18 p.m. Sunday on Highway 69 north of 120th Street. Authorities say 45-year-old Amanda Beth Zelasko, of Davis City, died from injuries in the crash.
According to the report, a southbound 2006 Honda Accord driven by Zelasko left the road, entered the east ditch, and struck a tree for unknown reasons.
Ground ambulance transported Zelasko to the Decatur County Hospital, where she died shortly after arriving at the hospital.
