(Glenwood) The Mills County Attorney’s Office says 34-year-old Joseph Steven Tyler Harris, of Sidney, was found guilty in October of Enticing a Minor under 16 for a Sexual Purpose in Mills County.
Harris appeared before the Honorable Judge Bahr for a sentencing hearing in the District Court in and for Mills County on December 14th. Harris was sentenced to fifteen years in prison.
