(Anita) The CAM School Board held two meetings on Monday night. One session was for the retiring board, followed by the regular board meeting. Schools Superintendent Paul Croghan said Mike Plagman, who chose not to run, was retired from the board.
The organizational meeting started with the swearing-in of Julie Williamson and Chris Spieker.
The School Board set meetings for the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the CAM High School Media Center. They also set depository limits of ten million dollars with Rolling Hills Bank and Trust and two million dollars with First National Bank.
The Anita Tribune and Atlantic News Telegraph were designated as the official newspaper publication. Ahlers and Cooney Legal Counsel, Level 1 investigations Ian Hunt, Stacey Venteicher, Chuck Kinzie, and Todd McKee were appointed to the Compensation Committee. Kara Murphy and Chris Spieker were appointed to the Facility Committee, and Julie Williamson was assigned as Cass County Conference Board Representative.
The board then approved four agenda items and discussed the Facility Project Process.
