(Atlantic) Atlantic Head boys’ basketball Coach Dalton Franken says his team will need to adjust to Clarinda’s two big’s inside when the Cardinals and the Trojans take the court tonight at Atlantic.
The Cardinal’s 6’7 Post Player, Creighton Tuzzio, averages 13 points per game and nine rebounds: Andrew Jones, the 6’6 senior, averages four points and five rebounds per outing.
Coach Franken’s goal for his team is to improve each day.
Coach Franken says getting off to a quick start will be paramount tonight.
The Cardinals enter the contest with a 2-1 record. Tuzzio leads the team in scoring, averaging 13 points per game; Cole Baumgart, 12, and Dalton Wright, 10.
The Trojans enter the game at 0-2. Colton Rasmussen leads Atlantic with a 28-point per-game average, and Gavin McLaren 17.
