(Des Moines) Two people are arrested for allegedly violently kidnapping a 32-year-old woman. Police say the incident happened Saturday morning when the woman was kidnapped and transferred to Indianola. Officers say she was dropped off outside the hospital with duct tape. After the woman received surgery, she told investigators she had been choked, run over by a car, and had her throat cut. Forty-year-old Jordan Mangum and 34-year-old Jessica Wheeler are facing charges for the incident.
