(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 37-year-old Ryan Allan Wells, of Red Oak, Thursday afternoon after officers were called to the 1100 block of E Reed Street for a report of theft. Upon investigation, Wells was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. Wells was taken to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held on $1,000 bond.
