(Greenfield) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly report on Monday.
*Deputies arrested 19-year-old Keaton Michael Ballinger of Creston on November 12 at the Casey’s General Store for OWI, 1st Offense, Interference with Official Acts, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd Offense. Authorities released Ballinger the same day on $2,300 cash or surety bond.
*The Iowa State Patrol arrested 31-year-old Omar Andrew Hynes of Des Moines on November 12, on Interstate 80, on a charge of Fugitive from Justice. He was held on a Clark County, Nevada arrest warrant. Clark County Authorities notified the Adair County Sheriff’s Office they would come to Iowa and pick him up. He was released from the custody of the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
*Adair County deputies arrested 35-year-old Christopher Adam Fannon of Corning on November 17 for 4th Degree Criminal Mischief. Authorities released him the same day on a $1,000 cash-only bond.
*The Iowa State Patrol arrested 35-year-old Rogelio Olivera-Martinez of Creston for Failure to Appear on Sunday. He was held on a $1,000 cash-only bond.
