(Iowa City, IA) – The Iowa basketball superstar, Caitlin Clark, has announced that she is signing with State Farm in an NIL deal with the company. Clark is the first collegiate athlete to have an endorsement deal with State Farm.
Clark averaged 27.8 points per game and 7.1 rebounds per game. The senior also has won a multitude of awards this year including the AAU James E. Sullivan Award, 2023 Big Ten Female Athlete of the Year, Honda Cup Winner, and was named Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year by CWSA. She is the first player in D-I to record more than 1,000 points and 300 assists in the same season and was the first in over 20 seasons to score 1,500 career points. Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes will take on DePaul in an exhibition game this Sunday, October 15th at 2:00 p.m.
