(Des Moines, IA) — Starts Right Here founder Will Keeps tells his story about the Preston Walls shooting that happened earlier in the year. In court on Friday, Keeps says Walls left a room to return with his hand held high inside his jacket. Walls avoided Keeps and shot and killed two students while injuring Keeps in the process. The surveillance footage shown during the trial, matches exactly to Keeps’ story.
