(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says deputies working with Nebraska Probation and Parole took 24-year-old Alize Torres, of Omaha, Nebraska, into custody at the Mills County Courthouse this (Tuesday) morning. Torres is wanted on a valid parole violation warrant for accessory to first degree murder. Torres was transported to the Mills County Jail where she awaits extradition back to Nebraska. Torres had previously been arrested on August 24th on a Mills County warrant for OWI 1st.
In other activity, 43-year-old Katie Susan Church, of Glenwood, was arrested August 24th for Child Endangerment. Bond was set at $2,000.
Cyril Nsang Ngala, 29, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested August 25th for Driving under Suspension. Bond was set at $300.
Breeanne May Fallin, 38, of Council Bluffs, was arrested August 26th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
Nicole Blanche Farley, 40, of LaVista, Nebraska, was arrested August 27th for OWI 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
