(West Des Moines) Two teens are facing arson charges after a West Des Moines fire. Crews were called to the Kohl’s store on Mills Civic Parkway over the weekend. Firefighters arrived and found merchandise had caught fire, but the store’s sprinkler system had extinguished the fire. There’s smoke and water damage, but no dollar estimates on damages.
