(Des Moines) Paige and Joslynn Baier brought home top honors from the Iowa State Fair last week. Paige Baier had a successful cattle show, and Joslyn received high awards in team and individual tumbling competitions.
Paige’s January-born bull calf, Lancelot, received Reserve Champion Limousin-flex bull in a class of much older bulls. This calf and its mother, Jewell, received the Champion Cow Calf pair. Another cow, Juliette, was awarded Champion in Division Four. Baier also received Champion and Reserve Champion Division Five female. Two of Baier’s cattle, Katrina and Juliette, received Champion produce of dam on behalf of VL Beauty Queen 433B.

Joslynn Baier recently competed in the individual tumbling competition at the Iowa State Fair as part of the Red Oak Studio 147 team. The team received second place overall. Baier placed fourth in her division of seven-year-olds.
