(Creston) Creston Police reported three arrests on Monday and Tuesday.
*Police arrested 69-year-old Francis Charles Weihs, of Creston, on Monday for urinating or defecating in public. Officers cited Weihs and released him on a promise to appear.
*Police arrested 36-year-old Julian Albert Rex Allison of Creston for a parole violation. Authorities transported Allison to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond.
*Police arrested 36-year-old Ashley Nicole Parmenter of Creston for possessing a controlled substance. Officers transported Parmenter to the Union County Jail and held her on a $1,000 cash bond.
