Shooting Under Investigation In Council Bluffs

(Council Bluffs, IA)  —  A shooting is under investigation in Council Bluffs.  Police say someone was left minor injuries after being shot near 16th and Avenue G early this morning.  The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown.
