(Fremont County) New details are revealed after a body was recovered from the Missouri River in Fremont County, Iowa. The body of a white female was spotted in the river, four miles south of the Bartlett boat ramp, on Tuesday. The body was sent to the State Medical Examiner in Ankeny, Iowa, to identify the woman and determine her cause of death.
