(Adair) One person was hurt after a vehicle struck a gas pump at the Casey’s General Store in Adair.
Authorities say the accident happened at 4:00 p.m. when a vehicle lost control and ran into a gas pump, catching the vehicle on fire. The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Another vehicle near the accident also caught fire. According to witness reports, the operator of the second vehicle was inside the store at the time of the crash.
