(Atlantic) SHIFT ATL hosted the 2023 Summer Soiree on Saturday evening. The 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, formed in 2019, continues to build upon its broad vision to revitalize Atlantic through projects, services, and programs.
SHIFT ATL’s President Jessie Shiels talked about the nonprofit’s latest venture-the purchase of the Putt’ Em Up Golf.
Shiels noted all of the money raised on Saturday will go toward Sunnyside Range. In January, SHIFT ATL purchased its second flip house and is working through demolition. Shiels says the goal is to have the home market ready later this year.
Shift ATL is also a sponsor for the Splash Pad fundraising effort.
