(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports seven arrests between June 21st and July 7th.
Anthony Karns, 44, of Wiota, was arrested July 7th on a warrant for Assault Causing Serious Injury. Karns turned himself in to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on bond.
Randall Krogh, 64, of Atlantic, was arrested July 3rd on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Krogh was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
Naomi Grubbs, 18, of Adair, was arrested June 30th on a warrant for Theft 5th Degree. Grubbs was picked up and transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on bond.
Sonia Jaramillo, 43, of Atlantic, was arrested June 27th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Jaramillo was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and held pending her later release on her own recognizance.
April Medina, 34, of Atlantic, was arrested June 26th on two counts of Forgery. Medina was booked and held at the Cass County Jail on these and additional unrelated charges.
Michael Hansen, 74, of Griswold, was arrested June 21st on the charge of OWI 1st Offense. Hanson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held pending his later release on his own recognizance.
And, as we recently reported, Grace Thomsen, 32, of Elk Horn, turned herself in on July 7th on warrants for Fraudulent Practice 1st Degree, Theft 1st Degree and Tampering with Records. Thomsen was booked and held until her later release on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
