Jefferson Man Arrested for OWI Following a Car vs Deer Accident

(Guthrie Co) A Jefferson man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense following an accident Wednesday evening. The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office says 38-year-old Andrew Reisner, of Jefferson, was driving a 2010 Ford Econoline northbound on Highway 4 when he struck a deer. Reisner was transported to the Guthrie County Jail.
