Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests over the past week.

Monta Arnell Johnson Jr., 23, of Council Bluffs, was arrested June 28th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $1,000.

Michael Gene Charon, 36, of Bartlett, was arrested July 1st for Theft 2nd. Bond was set at $5,000.

Ryan Scott Wendt, 33, of Pacific Junction, was arrested July 1^st for Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment. Wendt was held on no bond.

Faith Ann Stapleton, 24, of Council Bluffs, was arrested July 2^nd for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $50,000.

Joshua Michael Brizendine, 35, of Council Bluffs, was arrested July 2^nd for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $50,000.

Willow Brook Harvey, 19, of Glenwood, was arrested July 2^nd for Domestic Abuse Assault. Harvey was held on no bond.

Alvin Lee Baucom, 40, of Glenwood, was arrested July 3^rd for Domestic Abuse Assault. Baucom was held on no bond.

Christopher Lee McDaniel, 33, of Pacific Junction, was arrested July 4^th for Domestic Abuse Assault. McDaniel was held on no bond.

Justin James Smith, 45, of Villisca, was arrested July 4^th on a warrant for Theft 4^th. Bond was set at $1,000.
